We provide the digital recruiting infrastructure for the scaffolding industry. Specifically, this means we directly connect qualified scaffolders from Europe with suitable companies in Germany. In addition, we support the scaffolders every step of the way—from their arrival and search for housing to their integration into the local community. We are currently focusing on job openings in the German market.
How does the matching work?
Scaffolders upload their documents and references to our system. We verify their qualifications and match them precisely with the companies’ requirements. As soon as there’s a match on both sides, we facilitate direct contact. We provide transparent support throughout the process, all the way through to the signing of the contract and the first day of work on the construction site.
What are the costs involved?
For skilled workers looking for a job, using our platform and receiving full support during the onboarding process is completely free. Registration and use of the platform are also completely free of charge for scaffolding companies. We only charge a fee for a successful match; this is split into 6 monthly installments and is only due once the employee starts work and has successfully integrated into the team.
