Tim Flößer
Management of operative foreign markets
Tim is a student at the University of Mannheim in the subjects of Culture and Economics with Spanish as his core subject. He has been a proud member of the CBB team since September 2021 and has since taken on responsibility in the Operations Department. Due to his very good language skills, many processes and tasks in the company can be carried out effectively and efficiently.
From the very first day, Tim was completely enthusiastic about the vision of tackling the shortage of skilled workers in Germany together as a team. For him, Craftsmen Beyond Borders is a unique opportunity to actively contribute to our society and to grow beyond himself in the process.
